Samsung approaches the Tocco Ultra with the belief that the whole phone should be customisable by its users. There isn’t a one-size-fits-all policy with their phones, unlike Apple or RIM which produce standard looking mobile phones indistinguishable from one another.
This flexible approach to its handset is evident in all aspects of the Tocco Ultra. The touch screen lets users control the phone in an intuitive manner. With a touch screen, gesture replaces having to navigate the phone or perform certain action by pressing a confusing array of buttons. With a flick of the finger it’s possible to view photos, navigate maps, or surf the web.

Meaning users can access their favourite widgets for fast access to their favourite applications.
But the Tocco ultra isn’t just a utilitarian device. It is as much about style as it is about practicality. This is why it is important that Samsung releases the phone in a range of colours, as the phone is like a fashionable accessory that is meant to be seen and admired.
